TRX with Carrie Register View Cart

Make your body a machine! TRX is a form of suspension training that uses the body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete the exercises. You can add TRX training to your fitness routine safely alongside coaches - a great way to cross train. All fitness levels welcome. Takes place with Carrie on Tuesday and Friday from 8:30am - 9:00am. Pre-registration is required for this class as space is limited to 12 participants. Drop in fee is $8.00 per class and must be paid at Anchor front desk morning of class. No shows will have a scan taken from their punch pass or $8.00 fee applied to their account.
