Fishing with Friends Returns to Walker Road Park!
Join us this summer at Walker Road Park Reservoir for another season of our popular Fishing with Friends program! Starting June 11th, we’ll provide poles, bait, and friendly attendants to help you get started. Whether you’re trying fishing for the first time or making it part of your summer routine, we’d love to see you!
When: Wednesdays–Saturdays, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Where: Walker Road Park
Catch Bluegill, Bass, and Catfish!
No Fishing with Friends on July 4th – Enjoy the holiday!
Fly Fishing Fridays!
Ever wanted to try fly fishing? Join the Firelands Fly Fishers on 6/13, 6/20, and 6/27 for expert instruction, rods, and flies—casting right from the shore!
Age Restrictions & Guidelines:
Designed for kids 15 & under families are encouraged!—others may be accommodated, check with an attendant.
All youth under 18 need a signed permission sheet (available at the event).
Children under 12 must be supervised by someone 14+; children under 6 must have a responsible person within arm’s reach at all times.
