Avon Lake is proud to offer Aqua-Aerobics this summer. Whether you are implementing a fitness program into your daily routine or you are looking for another exciting exercise opportunity, this program is a blast! The instructors are engaging and fun and people come back year after year for the fun and the workout. Join us for the summer aqua-aerobics class!
Folks with Avon Lake Recreation SilverSneakers® or Renew Active® memberships gain free access. Any questions concerning SilverSneakers/Renew Active memberships contact the Senior Center at 440-930-4135.
Old Firehouse Group Fitness members may use their punch pass. 

Program Dates:  June 10th - August 14th
Program Location:  Ellen Trivanovich Aquatic Center
Day:  Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm

Host/Instructor: 
Tuesday & Thursdays - Beth Laraway (Aqua Challenge)
Wednesdays - Carrie Gardner (Aqua Fitness)

Cost:  $5.00 per class payable at the admission window
