Chair Yoga for Every Body
Tuesdays 4:30 – 5:00 p.m.

This class is ideal for anyone who is unable to get up and down from a yoga mat. Using a chair, a variety of modifications are offered and poses are sequenced in a slow rhythmic flow, with proper alignment. Connecting breath to movement while working on our balance helps strengthen, lengthen and calm the mind, body, and soul. Class is done in a safe, supportive environment to help you develop a healthy yoga practice.
