Group Fitness Classes Register View Cart

Fitness classes are held at the Anchor Recreation Facility & the Old Firehouse Community Center. You may pay $8 per class, or save money- by purchasing a Group Fitness Punch Pass.  We offer a 12 punch pass which is good for one year, or an unlimited monthly.  Both options are $60 each. Cardio Sculpt
Cardio Sculpt is a continuous total body conditioning class that will keep your heart rate up to great music working both muscular strength and endurance. The Monday class is instructed by Carrie and the Wednesday class is instructed by Tru.

Zumba & Zumba Pound
Take the “work” out of workout by mixing low intensity and high intensity moves for a calorie burning dance fitness party. Latin, Pop, and World dance rhythms, inspire the perfect combo of fun and conditioning. All levels and abilities welcome.

Strength & Conditioning
Total body conditioning class using various equipment such as weights, body bars, bands, and steps. This class is great for all fitness levels, it builds muscular strength and endurance while shaping and toning all major muscle groups. This Wednesday class is instructed by Tru.

Turbo Kick
Turbo Kick is a high energy and energetic class that incorporates kickboxing moves such as jabs and kicks to increase your cardiovascular fitness and torch calories! You will punch, kick, and fight your way to a fitter you. All fitness levels welcome. Takes place on Tuesday with Carrie from 9:15am - 10:15am.

RIP
This class focuses on balance, strength and flexibility providing a variety of exercises targeting the whole body. RIP is a barbell workout that incorporates functional strength training.

Strength and Balance
Instructed by Kathryn Eyring, this is the perfect 50+ class with stretching, balance activities, a fun cardio section with Oldies music, additional strengthening with hand weights, followed by cool down stretches. A portion of the class is seated in chairs and the rest completed standing. No floor work.

Cardio with Kelly
This class is a fast-paced total body workout meant to build your cardio endurance. We will utilize a variety of different formats including circuit training and HITT. A full body challenge with none of the boredom that can come with repetitive exercises. You are challenged to push yourself to your limit and walk out feeling strong! Circuit Intervals with Tru
Circuit Interval uses resistance and cardio training techniques to improve endurance and build strength. Using a huge variety of movement workouts are very time efficient and targets the entire body. Includes the use of free weights and/or other equipment along with functional fitness training. Join Tru every Monday from 8:15am - 9:05am.
