Anchor Group Fitness Classes Register View Cart

Fitness classes are held at the Anchor Recreation Facility & the Old Firehouse Community Center. You may pay $8 per class, or save money- by purchasing a Group Fitness Punch Pass.  We offer a 12 punch pass which is good for one year, or an unlimited monthly.  Both options are $60 each.

Cardio Express
In 30 minutes you will get high intensity cardio training plus sculpt/core strength. Always different, always fun! Join Kelly for Cardio Express on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30-9:00 am.

Cardio Intervals
Cardio Intervals is a full body workout class based on timed intervals. You will perform strength and endurance moves followed by an active recovery. It is a real calorie burner that will leave you feeling great. This class is offered on Mondays from 9-10 am and is instructed by Carrie.

PiYo
PiYo is an exercise program that is a blend of Yoga and Pilates. PiYo is marketed as a low-impact workout that strengthens and sculpts the body and enhances flexibility.

Power Sculpt
Sculpt your body using weights, body bars, bands and balls. Strengthen and define your muscles as you reach the body of your dreams. This class is offered on Tuesdays from 9-10 am and is instructed by Kelly.

RIP
This class focuses on balance, strength and flexibility providing a variety of exercises targeting the whole body. RIP is a barbell workout that incorporates functional strength training.

TRX
TRX is a form of suspension training that uses the body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Using our new TRX Suspension Trainers, you will leverage your body weight to complete a full body workout. This class takes place on Wednesday from 8:00am-9:00 am. TRX 20/20/20 is designed to give you all three components of fitness: cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, and flexibility. Twenty minutes will be devoted to each component of fitness. We incorporate the TRX Suspension Trainers for some of the exercises. This class takes place on Friday from 8:30-9:30 am. Both classes are instructed by Carrie and space is limited to 12 participants. Drop in fee is $8.00 per class and must be paid at Anchor front desk the morning of class. Circuit Intervals with Tru
Circuit Interval uses resistance and cardio training techniques to improve endurance and build strength. Using a huge variety of movement workouts are very time efficient and targets the entire body. Includes the use of free weights and/or other equipment along with functional fitness training. Join Tru every Monday from 8:00 - 9:00 am.
