Yoga Club is for students grades 6 and up seeking to stay active and strengthen themselves in a safe, non-competitive environment. It is not necessary for members to be knowledgeable in yoga but to have an attitude and willingness to participate with an open heart and mind.
Yoga Club is designed for boys and girls grades 5 and up and is instructed by 200-hour certified Yoga instructor, Heather Gillespie. There will be a maximum of 10 participants per class.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.
