Muscle-conditioning blocks and activity specific intervals to improve cardiovascular health and functional skill. This class is designed to work all major muscles with a variety of strength and conditioning exercises.  This sculpting class will tone upper and lower body using various equipment like hand weights, body bars, and your own body weight.  LEVEL 3 CLASSIf you do not have SilverSneakers or Renew Active, there is an $8.00 drop-in fee per class or you can purchase a 12 visit punch pass membership for $60.00. Through this experience, children will not only grasp important scientific concepts but also develop a lifelong passion for astronomy, inspiring dreams of future adventures among the stars.In February 2025, you’ll have the chance to observe some amazing visible planets, including Mars, Venus, and Jupiter—perfect for stargazing and learning more about our cosmic neighbors!Local astronomical societies will showcase a variety of telescopes, laser pointers, experiments from the International Space Station, and even an inflatable planetarium. Plus, enjoy space-themed crafts! From the fiery surface of Venus to the icy rings of Saturn, children will learn about the unique features of each planet, sparking their curiosity and sense of wonder about the universe.Engaging activities, such as crafting and interactive planetarium shows, will help them visualize and connect with the vastness of space. Through this experience, children will not only grasp important scientific concepts but also develop a lifelong passion for astronomy, inspiring dreams of future adventures among the stars.In February 2025, you’ll have the chance to observe some amazing visible planets, including Mars, Venus, and Jupiter—perfect for stargazing and learning more about our cosmic neighbors!Local astronomical societies will showcase a variety of telescopes, laser pointers, experiments from the International Space Station, and even an inflatable planetarium. Join us for Hand and Foot from 12:30pm-4pm. It is a North American game related to Canasta, in which each player is dealt two sets of cards - the hand, which is played first, and the foot, which is played when the hand has been used up.
