This class is designed to work all major muscles with a variety of strength and conditioning exercises.  This sculpting class will tone upper and lower body using various equipment like hand weights, body bars, TRX, and your own body weight.  This class is for all levels.There is an $8.00 drop-in fee per class or you can purchase a 12 visit punch pass membership for $60.00. This gentle yoga is a restful, calming class that includes breathing, gentle flowing movements with passive and supported posses.  This class is appropriate for all levels including those with limited mobility or those that prefer a softer, gentler approach to yoga. Modifications for poses will be offered but students must be able to get down to the floor and up again unassistedThere is an $8.00 drop-in fee per class or you can purchase a 12 visit punch pass membership for $60.00. Calling all creative people who enjoy good conversation while knitting, quilting, embroidering, crocheting, needlepoint, jewelry-making, etc!  Creative Needles meet on Fridays from 10:00am-12:00pm.  All are welcome!This program will resume on Friday, July 17th.  Tables will be set up in the south bay to provide ample social distancing.  Face coverings are recommended.

A perfect 50+ class that incorporates stretching, balance, agility, strength and cardio, along with fun music. This class utilizes various equipment, such as weights, exercise balls, drumming sticks, and much more. A portion of the class is seated in chairs and the rest completed standing. No floor work.There is an $8.00 drop-in fee per class or you can purchase a 12 visit punch pass membership for $60.00. This class is designed to work all major muscles with a variety of strength and conditioning exercises.  This sculpting class will tone upper and lower body using various equipment like hand weights, body bars, TRX, and your own body weight.  This class is for all levels.There is an $8.00 drop-in fee per class or you can purchase a 12 visit punch pass membership for $60.00. Join us for movies every Wednesday and Friday at the Old Firehouse! Movie begins at 10:15am. (Once card groups come back to the Old Firehouse, movies will go back to Wednesday mornings only.)*Chairs will be 6 feet apart. We WILL NOT be using couches.*Temperatures will be checked. If you don't feel well, stay home.*Masks are required.*Bring your own coffee/beverage/snacks.*Popcorn will be available in individual bags.
