Saturdays at 9:00 AM – All Levels Flow Yoga (Avon Lake Yoga): Balanced classes for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. Sundays at 8:00 AM – Summer Yoga on the Lake with Michele (Sweet Focus Yoga): Rejuvenate your body and mind for the week ahead by the water. Dates: Every weekend, June 5 – September 27, 2026 (no classes July 3–5 or September 4-6). Duration: Approximately 1 hour per class. Cost: FREE! Donations to support volunteer instructors are appreciated. This class is designed to increase Mobility and Flexibility for all who are interested in increasing and maintaining daily functionality regardless of their range of motion. The program is especially helpful to those suffering the effects of Parkinson's Disease and Multiple Sclerosis. Standing upper-body strength work alternated with low impact cardio using a chair for standing support. A perfect 50+ class that incorporates stretching, balance, agility and strength, along with fun music.
