Yin targets the body's connective tissues and joints through a series of passive floor poses held for several minutes. As you settle into these longer holds, you'll begin to feel the stress and tension melt away.   Finally, allow yourself to be enveloped in a tranquil sound bath as you surrender to the peaceful state of savasana. Immerse yourself in the resonance of crystal singing bowls and chimes as the healing frequencies help you achieve a calmer, more meditative mind.   No experience is needed, however, YOU MUST BE ABLE TO GET UP AND DOWN FROM THE FLOOR. Props will be provided, but feel free to bring your own blankets or pillows if you'd like.Wednesday, April 24th 6:00pm - 7:30pmThe Lake House (32756 Lake Rd., Avon Lake)Cost - $40 (Resident and Non-Resident)Instructors: Sherri Coleman & Crissy Stelmaschuk       *SPACE IS LIMITED to 15 PEOPLE.
