Anchor Birthday Party Rental
Available Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays September 21, 2024—May 18, 2025
Subject to facility availability. No holidays. Reservation requests must submitted at least 2 WEEKS prior to your planned party.
• $150.00 includes 1 HOUR & 45 MINUTES of party time for up to 20 party guests. Set up and clean up should be done within this time. Facility will be available to hosts NO EARLIER THAN 15 MINUTES prior to party time.Staff will have tables with coverings and chairs set in lobby area and requested activities ready to go.
• Guests may not enter the gym until party time and must exit after 1 hour and 45 minutes.
• Hosts may bring in food and beverages, however, the facility has no means of refrigeration.
• Inflatable bounce houses, etc. may be brought in at the host’s expense with prior notice. Arrangements must be made in advance.
• Two attendants will be on hand to assist and supervise activities, but, adult hosts must be present to maintain order and discipline.
• An additional fee of $50.00 will be charged for parties of more than 20 guests not to exceed 30 total guests. Guest parents in a supervisory capacity do not count toward the total, however, are discouraged from participating in activities.
• All parents will be required to complete and sign a release/waiver form for all party participants. We encourage the use of our free online invitations which include facility waivers. Parents who participate in activities shall also complete a waiver.
