  The Folger Home is managed by Heritage Avon Lake which is a 501C3 and is responsible for facility renovations.                                                                                                                        
Three hour minimum rental time will be charged for all weekday rentals. All setup and cleanup time must be a included in the charged rental time. Non-profit organizations must provide non-profit documentation. Non-profit and Business address will be used to determine residency. All day rental fees will be applied for all weekend rentals. All reservations must be made through the Recreation Office.
