Holiday Boxwood Tree
Join us for our Holiday Boxwood Tree Design Class hosted by Bobbe Rudge and members of the Avon-on-the-Lake Garden Club. A great way to add to your holiday decor as you design and arrange your own Tabletop Boxwood Tree, a perfect centerpiece, and also a wonderful gift!
 
Bobbe Rudge, accomplished floral designer and member of the Avon-on-the-Lake Garden Club will lead this workshop with the assistance of her talented team.  She was a Fine Arts design major at Ohio State University and was the owner of Country Garden studio. For 40 years she specialized in creative fresh flower arranging for weddings, private clients, clubs and organizations. She was a volunteer at the Cleveland Botanical Garden; chaired event shows, in particular, the steering committee for Floralscape at Cleveland Convention Center and the Cleveland Botanical Garden open air flower shows on Wade Oval.  After retiring and moving to Avon Lake, she occasionally “unretires” for special projects - one of which was the Avon Lake Bicentennial Garden at the Peter Miller House.

Classes will occur in the Old Firehouse Community Center. Limited to 20 participants.


$20 includes materials.  Please bring floral, kitchen, or pruning scissors.
 
Allow approximately 2 hours for the class.
