Restorative Yin Yoga
Join us for the deeply restorative practice of Yin Yoga. Yin targets the body's connective tissues and energy meridians through long-held, passive postures and gentle seated poses, promoting flexibility, energy flow, and profound relaxation.
Join Sherri and Crissy as they guide you through a series of poses, demonstrating each posture on the mat as well as in a chair to make the practice accessible to all. Surrender into nourishing stillness as you breathe deeply, releasing layers of tension and stress.
Class will end in an extended Savasana Sound Bath as the healing vibrations of Crystall and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes and drums carry you to a state of deep relaxation. This powerful sound meditation calms the mind, reduces stress, and welcomes in deep, restorative harmony.
