Flow and Slow Yoga Register View Cart

In this 90 minute journey to relaxation, you will begin by moving through a gentle yoga flow to warm the body, quiet the mind and connect with the breath.
   We will then move into the deeply relaxing Yin portion of the class, where you can allow yourself to fully let go and restore both body and mind. Yin targets the body's connective tissues and joints through a series of passive floor poses held for several minutes. As you settle into these longer holds, you'll begin to feel the stress and tension melt away.
   Finally, allow yourself to be enveloped in a tranquil sound bath as you surrender to the peaceful state of savasana. Immerse yourself in the resonance of crystal singing bowls and chimes as the healing frequencies help you achieve a calmer, more meditative mind.
   No experience is needed, however, YOU MUST BE ABLE TO GET UP AND DOWN FROM THE FLOOR. Props will be provided, but feel free to bring your own blankets or pillows if you'd like.
