If you’ve always wanted to try scuba diving, then jump in! Here’s your chance to breathe underwater in the warm, fun, safe, and convenient environment of the Avon Lake Ellen Trivanovich Aquatic Center. To go on your Discover Scuba Adventure you must fill out all forms and be at least 12 years of age or older. Parents must be present with children ages 12-15. Students will meet at the Avon Lake Pool entrance. Prepare to get wet and have FUN! 

PADI is the Professional Association of Diving Instructors, the world's leading scuba diver training organization.

Session 1: 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Session 2: 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
OR
July 27, 2019 (registration opens June 23)
Session 1: 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Session 2: 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Cost: $40 resident or $45 nonresident.

To go on your Discover Scuba Adventure you must fill out the following forms: a medical statement form* & liability waiver. *Page 1 of the Medical Statement Form must be completed. Page 2 of the Medical Statement Form must be completed up until "Physican." Additional pages are for your physician and are ONLY REQUIRED IF YOU ANSWERED "YES" to any of the questions on page 1.

Registration for the June classes open May 1! Classes are small so register soon.
